Gua Sha

Gua Sha stones are perfect for relieving tension, sculpting your face, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage, and reducing facial puffiness. The practice of gua sha originates in Chinese medicine and is a wonderful addition to any facial care routine.

Use and Care: 

The practice of gua sha involves gently scraping the face in outward and upward motions to move interstitial fluid towards the lymph nodes to promote drainage. It is easiest to understand by watching a demo video, there are many examples available but here is a great example to get you started!

Always use a drop of facial oil to promote easy gliding and be sure to wash your tool before and after use. We suggest storing in its bag in a safe location. 

Please note that your tool is fragile and will most likely break or chip if dropped!
