Saalt Menstrual Disc

The Saalt Disc is designed to be the most comfortable and easiest reusable disc to insert and remove due to a custom finger notch. The disc sits behind your pubic bone and doesn't rely on suction to form a seal, this makes it ideal for those who have a weak pelvic floor, a sensitive bladder, or a high or low cervix.
The disc also has a higher capacity than the cups. Like the Saalt menstrual cups, the disc is made from medical grade silicone and can last up to ten years! Meaning you'll save money and reduce a significant amount of plastic waste.
The Saalt Disc comes in two sizes, regular and small. Learn more about the Saalt Menstrual Disc here!
Made of: 100% pure medical grade silicone.
Use and Care:
1: Fold
With clean hands, pinch your disc into a figure 8.
2: Insert
Insert the disc fully and tuck behind your pubic bone.
3: Remove
After up to 12 hours of wearing your disc, simply remove it by hooking your finger in the custom finger hold and gently pulling out your disc. Then wash your disc, insert, and get back to living your best life.
See Saalt's full menstrual disc instructions here.
Rinse your cup in cold water in between changes while on your period. Wash with a gentle soap that won't leave a residue that might irritate your skin. You may want to periodically sanitize your clean cup by boiling for a few minutes in hot water.
